Who We Are

Appliance Repair Woodbridge is a mobile, in-home repair company built around Prince William County and the towns that ring it. We are not a national call center that farms out jobs to whoever answers first — the technician who shows up at your door works for the same small crew that answered your call. That matters when a repair needs a follow-up part or a second look, because there is no dispatcher in another state deciding whether your job is worth a return trip.

Our work covers the whole house. Kitchens are the busiest — refrigerator repair, dishwasher repair, and oven repair make up most of what we do — but laundry rooms run a close second with washer repair and dryer repair, and we also handle comfort equipment, specialty units, and light commercial kitchen appliances. How We Work

Every job starts on the phone. We ask for the brand, the model number off the data plate, and a plain-language description of what the appliance is doing. That two-minute conversation usually narrows the fault to one or two components, which tells us what to load on the van. It is the single biggest reason our first-visit completion rate is high — we are not guessing when we arrive.

On site, we diagnose before we quote. Modern appliances report their own error codes and many run built-in service tests, so we read what the machine is telling us and confirm it with meter readings rather than swapping parts and hoping. Then you get one number for parts and labor together, before any panel comes off. If the repair does not make financial sense against the price of a replacement, we tell you that plainly — we would rather lose a job than sell a control board into a fifteen-year-old machine with a failing compressor.

Brands and Training

Appliance platforms are not interchangeable. A Samsung refrigerator fails differently than a Sub-Zero, and a Bosch dishwasher is a different animal from a Whirlpool. Where We Go

We work inside a 20-mile radius of Woodbridge, which covers Prince William, eastern Fairfax, and northern Stafford. That includes Lake Ridge, Dale City, Lorton, Manassas, and Stafford, among two dozen others on our service area map. We hold no walk-in shop and no public address — every repair happens in your home, and every appointment is booked through one phone call.
